Access Requirement Form

The Club's dedicated Access Team assists any visitors with a disability, impairment or access requirement.

Please note, you will not need to register on the Access Scheme if you would like to attend a third party event held at the Stadium. The form below is required for football matches held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium only.

If you are attending a non-football event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, please complete this form.

Please use this form if you'd like to apply for any of the following services:
1. Register with the Disability Access Scheme

The Club’s Disability Access Scheme permits supporters with a disability or access requirement to sit in dedicated accessible viewing areas and access services and facilities to enhance their matchday experience.

You should consider registering with the Disability Access Scheme if you require any of the following services:

- Wheelchair accessible or easy access seating
- Services such as audio descriptive commentary, hearing loops
- Personal Assistant (PA) ticket/s
- Use of the dedicated Accessible Entrances

2. Register for Parking

There are 74 enlarged accessible parking spaces in the Stadium's basement, and additional spaces in two Tottenham Hotspur Official Satellite Car Parks. Members who are registered with our Disability Access Scheme, and have provided evidence of their Blue Badge, can pre-book spaces via our online booking system.

Once registered, you will receive an email after each match goes on sale, which will link you to our online booking system. Please note, parking will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

3. Apply for a 'Priority Lift Access' Card (Season Ticket Holders Only)

Use of the Stadium’s lifts is restricted to those who are on the Disability Access Scheme or possess a Lift Pass (Season Ticket Holders only).

Access to lifts for all other fans will be at the discretion of our stewards should there be available capacity.

Once approved, we will send you a Priority Lift Pass Card which can be shown to lift attendants on matchday.

4. Medical Exemption Certificate

Despite the Stadium’s Bag Policy, the Club understands that some supporters will need to bring bags that do not meet these requirements into the Stadium for medical reasons. Unless your medication or equipment fits within an A4 bag or Club-branded Bag for Life, an exemption certificate will be required.

All supporters with an exemption certificate will still need to have their bags searched and tagged at a street-level dedicated accessible entrance before entering the Stadium.

If you have any questions regarding the Disability Access Scheme, Stadium Facilities or require an alternative format for the Access form, please refer to the Club’s Accessibility pages, or contact the Access Team directly on access@tottenhamhotspur.com

Which of the following services / reasonable adjustments would you like to apply for/ have access to:

Sensory Suite Request:

The Sensory Suite is located in the North Stand, block 416, and offers a comfortable and calming environment for supporters on the autistic spectrum or with sensory impairment conditions to watch a match, complete with a tactile wall, a bubble tube and several pieces of sensory equipment.

Supporters have the option of watching the match both inside and outside the suite, with seating areas directly in front of the suite reserved to provide flexibility. â€¯Attendees are also presented with a sensory pack on their first visit, complete with clubbranded ear defenders and several other tactile sensory toys.

At the current time, the Sensory Suite is able to accommodate a maximum of three (3) supporters, including one personal assistant each, per match.

We have recruited a specialist Sensory Suite supervisor with experience in both disability and autism awareness to facilitate guests on the day and provide assistance where needed.

Application / Booking Process:   Before we can begin the booking process for your first match, we require all participants to complete the Sensory Suite profile form.

This will help us ensure any specific access requirements are catered for and help us deliver the best match-day experience possible. Once this form is completed, it will be submitted to the Access Team, who will be in touch to arrange a match to attend in due course.

Due to the demand for the facility, we are unable to give a time scale of when we will be able to accommodate you in the suite but we do our upmost to have each supporter booked in as quickly as we possibly can.

Please note, you do not need to complete an Access Requirement form for the use of the Sensory Suite. You will only need to do this if you expect to purchase Accessible Seating outside the Sensory Suite at a point in the future.
Lift pass information for Non Season Ticket holders:

Please note that the use of lifts is restricted to:

Recommendation:

Based on your selection of service/s, we'd recommend you join the Disability Access Scheme.

By registering for the Disability Access Scheme you’ll be able to purchase tickets in our dedicated accessible viewing areas throughout the stadium.

To complete the Access Scheme application form we request you attach supporting documentation such as a copy of your DLA, PIP, SDA CVI, AA, WDP, Access Card or similar as part of your application.

If you are not in receipt of any of the documentation above, please send us any evidence you do have, which we will assess on its own merits.

Upon receipt of supporting evidence, each application will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Important note regarding membership:

You have indicated that you're not currently a One Hotspur Member.

As tickets will typically sell out to One Hotspur members, in order to be able to purchase tickets it is best that you become a member. Once you have received confirmation regarding your application and enrolment onto the Disability Access Scheme, please simply call the Access Team who can take your membership payment over the phone.
If  you are already on the Disability Access Scheme you will already have access to many services. For more information, please refer to the following links to specific information on each of the following services:

Dog Spending
Audio Descriptive Commentary
Changing places
Hearing Loops

Important things to know:

1) Dedicated Seating for Access Scheme Members
Once on the Access scheme, you’ll not be able to purchase nonaccessible seating for yourself.
On sale windows for those on the disability Access Scheme tend to be from 2pm as opposed to the general admission on sale time which is typically from 10am (could change in future)
The same ticketing restrictions apply, ie One Hotspur members can only purchase during the One Hotspur sales window.

2) Purchasing Multiple Tickets
Seating in accessible seating areas are prioritised for those already registered on the Disability Access Scheme. We'd advise your friends and family book separately, selecting seating close by.
- Only if games don't sell out (which they typically do), it may be possible to book additional tickets for your friends and family in these areas. If there is availability in these areas, we will always do our best to accommodate.
3) Season Ticket Away ticket applications
Season Ticket holders wishing to attend away matches will be able to apply for away tickets as usual but will be allocated into the accessible areas.
3) Season Ticket waitlist position
If you are a One Hotspur+ member, your current Season Ticket waitlist position will be replaced with the Access Scheme Season Ticket waiting list.
Season Ticket Pre-Booked Parking Information:

As a Season Ticket holder you can register your Blue Badge with the Access team to access the pre-booked parking system.

You can check match-by-match availability, release dates and tips for parking in the surrounding areas here: Accessible Transport & Parking

Please note:
Registering your Blue Badge does not guarantee you a parking space.
Spaces are allocated strictly on a first-come-first served basis from the release date.
They can only be booked online.
To be fair to everyone it is not possible to reserve parking for individuals.

You will need to provide us a copy of both sides of your Blue Badge, once received, we will add you to the Accessible parking list so you'll receive notifications.

Note: Please note that the turn around for Blue Badge applications is currently 3-5 working days but in peak periods, where we prioritise applications for specific upcoming matches, this can take longer.

Please confirm which one:
Personal Assistant (PA) Information

It is important to understand that a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket is not a concessionary ticket but rather a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a disabled supporter to more easily attend events at the Stadium and access the full range of matchday services when they might otherwise find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access. This is in line with current UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010.
Do you require a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket as a reasonable adjustment:
In determining whether a PA may be required, we will take account of whether the time, inconvenience, effort, discomfort, anxiety or loss of dignity entailed in using our services would be considered unreasonable by other people if they had to endure similar difficulties.

Important Notes:
The PA must sit with the disabled supporter to assist them
The PA must enter the stadium at the same time and entrance as the disabled supporter
Whilst we accept that the PA may be another disabled person or a young person (under 16), we would advise all supporters to attend with a PA who is at least 18 years of age and fully capable of meeting their requirements (including lifting any equipment)
The PA must be capable of evacuating the supporter in the case of an emergency
- The Club reserves the right to retrospectively seek additional proof of eligibility where there is an element of reasonable doubt as to the need for a PA.

Once we have reviewed and approved your application, you will be registered on the Disability Access Scheme and will not need to provide further evidence for a period of three years unless there is a change in your access requirements/circumstances.
If you are not in receipt of any of the documentation below, please send us any evidence you do have, which we will assess on its own merits.
Please indicate which of the following you can provide as supporting information:
As you have indicated above that you have a SDA PIP CVI or AA, so long as you attach a valid copy of the document it is very likely your request for a Personal Assistant will be approved.

We aim to process Access requirement forms within 3–5 working days.  However, at busy periods it can take longer. We do our best to process all requests prior to the next on sale date.
